Holistic Management® Financial Planning:
The Triple Bottom Line

COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
(Pre-requisite: Introduction to Holistic Management)

In this course you will learn how to create budgets and financial plans for personal use or for business. You will also learn how to make key financial management decisions and how to discern maintenance expenses versus investment expenses and how to prioritize spending to improve profitability. You will also learn how to make financial decisions that take into consideration environmental and social considerations for both the short and long-term. Lastly, you will learn effective monitoring techniques to keep the plan on course. We will explore how this type of financial planning integrates with accounting and other types of financial planning and asset growth management. We will be using simple Excel worksheets for the actual financial planning. You will need access to the financial person for at least two businesses.
